CORPORATE REFUND POLICY

Qartwill Ltd prides itself as a fully professional organization that is optimally driven and pro customer satisfaction. In the course of our operations, and as applicable ubiquitously, it is commonplace for some transactions to end incompletely.

Our Refund Policy entails a specified disparity on the nature of transaction carried out by the clients, modes of payment and the position of third parties. By way of emphasis, Qartwill Ltd operates as an online store cum service provider and has it’s registered account with Flutterwave who keeps and manages the funds and records of payments made in the interface of operations involving the Company and her esteemed clients with Flutterwave being a third party.

CATEGORIES OF REFUNDS

  1. For the Onboarding process with payment for services such as creation of domain names as .com.ng at N30,000 and .com at N55,000, full refunds are made alongside the service charge fees, however there shall be no refunds where a sites has been created and parties duly notified via any form of online communication. It sees Flutterwave collect and remit back the said monies after one (1) day for local transactions and five (5) for international transactions.
  1. For Customers making payments through disparate vendor platforms, only one other form of payment is used by Qartwil LTD asides the option of Flutterwave, which is notably called Autopay. Where a customer goes on to make payments outside this arrangement, they do so out of their own volition as no refund or liability shall lie on the company in that regard.
  1. For payment made via the company’s official Flutterwave account, a verification period shall be employed to ascertain the actual monies paid before confirmation and remittance of same.

NB:

By way of reiteration, Flutterwave is a third party managing the funds deposits paid directly to it or via the customers who are at liberty to either make such payments themselves or routed via Qartwil Ltd account with Flutterwave.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
