Qartwil User Policy and Terms of Use

 

  1. Introduction
     Qartwil is a digital templating eCommerce platform that empowers businesses to set up online stores using customizable, feature-rich templates. These templates are developed and managed by GWL Branding Services, the parent company. The goal of Qartwil is to simplify eCommerce operations for users by providing ready-to-use platforms that are compatible with major integrations like payment gateways and analytics tools.

By using Qartwil, you agree to abide by these detailed policies and terms which govern your use of the platform. It is important that you read and understand all sections before continuing to use.

 

  1. Google Listing and Sales Disclaimer
     Qartwil provides templates that are technically optimized for indexing by search engines such as Google. This includes features such as schema markup and metadata generation. However, visibility on Google or any other search engine is not automatic. It depends entirely on how the user sets up, maintains, and promotes their store.

While we provide a Google-compatible framework, we make no promises or guarantees that your store will appear on Google, rank highly, or generate sales. Sales depend entirely on your product quality, marketing efforts, customer service, and business strategy. Qartwil is not responsible for a lack of visibility, traffic, or sales on your platform. Having said, Qartwil or its parent company are in no way associated or partnered to Google or Meta

 

  1. Annual Subscription and Renewal
     Qartwil is a subscription-based service. All accounts are billed annually unless otherwise stated. The failure to renew a subscription before the due date will result in the closure of your online store, including restricted access to your dashboard, email notifications, and customer-facing content.

You are solely responsible for keeping your subscription active. Reminders may be sent, but failure to renew will lead to service suspension and eventual data deletion if unresolved.

 

  1. Data Privacy and Usage
     Qartwil is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our users’ data. We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties.

All data collected through your store is accessible to GWL Branding Services (our parent company) solely for administrative, maintenance, or troubleshooting purposes. GWL Branding Services will not use, share, or sell this data under any circumstances.

 

  1. Tracking and Analytics Policy
     Qartwil integrates tracking technologies such as Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) and Google Tag Manager. These tools help us analyze how well certain features perform and enhance user experience.

All data collected through these tracking tools is anonymized. We do not and cannot identify your customers personally, nor do we use this data to interfere with your customer base. The sole purpose is to improve platform functionality and user engagement analytics.

 

  1. Payments and Revenue Access
     Payments on Qartwil stores are facilitated by third-party integrations (e.g., Flutterwave). Qartwil does not process, access, or manage your revenue or customers’ payment details.

Any issues with transactions, customer payments, or chargebacks are to be handled directly between you (the store owner) and the payment processor. Qartwil will provide support where possible but bears no responsibility or liability for financial transactions.

 

  1. Security and Upload Policy
     Users are expected to upload only safe, non-malicious files to the Qartwil platform. Suspicious files, scripts, or attempts to bypass platform security may lead to immediate suspension and further investigation.

If a data breach or platform compromise occurs as a result of user-uploaded content or unauthorized third-party access, Qartwil bears no liability. Any violations will be investigated thoroughly and may lead to penalties or permanent termination of services.

 

  1. Media and Image Handling
     Images uploaded by users to their store are stored securely. Qartwil retains copies of these files to help with continuity, backups, or user requests.

If you ever decide to stop using Qartwil services, you may request a copy of your uploaded media, and we will provide it to the best of our abilities. However, Qartwil remains the owner of the core templates, design structures, and proprietary code. These are not transferrable.

 

  1. Ownership of Templates
     All templates, design tools, and platform functionalities provided through Qartwil remain the intellectual property of Qartwil and GWL Branding Services. Users are granted a license to use these tools for the duration of their active subscription.

Modifying, copying, reselling, or redistributing Qartwil templates or platform assets is strictly prohibited.

 

  1. Support and Assistance
     Qartwil provides active support to all users through live chat, WhatsApp, and email. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and provide continuous assistance for using our platform effectively.

However, Qartwil cannot be held responsible for business outcomes, customer interactions, or order fulfillment processes within individual stores.

 

  1. Anonymity of Customer Data
     While we may track visitor behavior on your store via analytics tools, this data is completely anonymous. Qartwil does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information of your customers unless explicitly provided by you for troubleshooting or support.

You retain full ownership of your customer relationships. Qartwil has no involvement or interference with them.

 

  1. Liability and Legal Restrictions
     Qartwil assumes no liability for loss of data, sales, revenue, or platform downtime due to misuse, external breaches, or third-party integration failures.

No user may take legal action against Qartwil or GWL Branding Services for any damages or perceived losses. By using our platform, you agree to this limitation of liability.

We are committed to improving our security and infrastructure continually. However, no system is 100% secure, and users are advised to take appropriate precautions with their content and accounts.

 

  1. Packaging, Delivery, and Product Handling (If Using Third-Party Couriers)
     If your Qartwil store engages third-party couriers or delivery services, you are responsible for ensuring your packages are secured and discreet. We recommend packaging in a way that does not reveal the value or content of the product. Clear communication without disclosing sensitive product value is advised.

Qartwil will provide a list of delivery service providers but is not affiliated with them nor responsible for delays, theft, or losses incurred in the delivery process.

 

  1. Breach and Termination
     Any violation of the terms outlined above may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent termination of access to Qartwil.

Investigations will be handled internally, and Qartwil reserves the right to impose penalties for actions that compromise the safety, performance, or integrity of the platform.

 

  1. Final Note
     By using Qartwil, you accept these terms in full. We are dedicated to supporting your business growth, providing reliable infrastructure, and building a safer, more efficient platform. However, all users must take responsibility for how they use the platform, the data they handle, and the businesses they build.

These terms are subject to periodic updates. Continued use of Qartwil implies your acceptance of the latest version.
