Qartwil is a digital templating eCommerce platform that empowers businesses to set up online stores using customizable, feature-rich templates. These templates are developed and managed by GWL Branding Services, the parent company. The goal of Qartwil is to simplify eCommerce operations for users by providing ready-to-use platforms that are compatible with major integrations like payment gateways and analytics tools.

By using Qartwil, you agree to abide by these detailed policies and terms which govern your use of the platform. It is important that you read and understand all sections before continuing to use.

Qartwil provides templates that are technically optimized for indexing by search engines such as Google. This includes features such as schema markup and metadata generation. However, visibility on Google or any other search engine is not automatic. It depends entirely on how the user sets up, maintains, and promotes their store.

Qartwil is a subscription-based service. All accounts are billed annually unless otherwise stated. The failure to renew a subscription before the due date will result in the closure of your online store, including restricted access to your dashboard, email notifications, and customer-facing content.

You are solely responsible for keeping your subscription active. Reminders may be sent, but failure to renew will lead to service suspension and eventual data deletion if unresolved.

Qartwil is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our users' data. We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties.

All data collected through your store is accessible to GWL Branding Services (our parent company) solely for administrative, maintenance, or troubleshooting purposes. GWL Branding Services will not use, share, or sell this data under any circumstances.

Qartwil integrates tracking technologies such as Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) and Google Tag Manager. These tools help us analyze how well certain features perform and enhance user experience.

All data collected through these tracking tools is anonymized. We do not and cannot identify your customers personally, nor do we use this data to interfere with your customer base. The sole purpose is to improve platform functionality and user engagement analytics.

Payments on Qartwil stores are facilitated by third-party integrations (e.g., Flutterwave). Qartwil does not process, access, or manage your revenue or customers' payment details.

Any issues with transactions, customer payments, or chargebacks are to be handled directly between you (the store owner) and the payment processor. Qartwil will provide support where possible but bears no responsibility or liability for financial transactions.

Users are expected to upload only safe, non-malicious files to the Qartwil platform. Suspicious files, scripts, or attempts to bypass platform security may lead to immediate suspension and further investigation.

If a data breach or platform compromise occurs as a result of user-uploaded content or unauthorized third-party access, Qartwil bears no liability. Any violations will be investigated thoroughly and may lead to penalties or permanent termination of services.

Images uploaded by users to their store are stored securely. Qartwil retains copies of these files to help with continuity, backups, or user requests.

If you ever decide to stop using Qartwil services, you may request a copy of your uploaded media, and we will provide it to the best of our abilities. However, Qartwil remains the owner of the core templates, design structures, and proprietary code. These are not transferrable.

All templates, design tools, and platform functionalities provided through Qartwil remain the intellectual property of Qartwil and GWL Branding Services. Users are granted a license to use these tools for the duration of their active subscription.

Modifying, copying, reselling, or redistributing Qartwil templates or platform assets is strictly prohibited.
